A Political Trend
For the past few months I've noticed more and more people of a politically leftward slant voicing antagonistic feelings about feminism. I've concluded that it's not simply my imagination -- something is going on here! People from that cultural neck of the woods -- albeit still chiefly male people -- are now ruefully admitting, to themselves and others, that feminism is a social disaster and a ghastly embarrassment all around. And not only are they distancing themselves from feminism, but they are putting out "feelers" to people beyond their accustomed peer group, with dreams of building a popular front alliance. Maybe. Perhaps.
Well, for the record, I'm not so terribly far to the "right" myself. In fact, I'm left-of-center, anti-authoritarian, anti-statist and anti-communist, in the same neighborhood with Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi. For what it's worth, I'm in the lower-left quad of the political compass, just a tiny bit askew from dead center on the chart.
So it sounds like I'm "not half bad", eh? And it sounds like I'm somebody that somebody could possibly do business with. If you catch my drift. . . .
And now, here is one of my old videos again. Just because!

Fidel I remember a long time ago hearing a young socialist complaining about sexism from feminists. It was blatant
it was in college and we had feminist lecturers who preached sterile feminist agenda instead of teaching anything. Their hatred of men was apparent to all but the most blinkered.
I dont trust politicians of either side and think for men much "less state" is best for men.
Less Mainstream Sewage Media
We could take a leaf out feminism book and adpot the left bits we like. Refusing to fight unjust wars
Rights for working men...etc.
Other than this getting governemnet the hell out of our lives attracts me.
A return to meritocracy you get the job based on merit not quotas
(this seems like common sense ) but this idea is alien to much of the left.
Yes feminism is losing friends
its just a wonder it did not happen a long long time ago,and a lot quicker!
Too late for me it messed up my career as a man, messed up relationships which I see as mostly non viable.
The media still promote the same trash, only this very day I caught the BBC dishing up standard cliches and indoctrination on childrens tv news programme, all about wimmin and how oppressed they were and why dont more wimmin reach the top.
Thank you for all your fine work Fidelbogen. I don't think the value of your contributions can be overestimated. And I agree the smell's getting harder to ignore for a lot of people. Bill Cosby said when you open the fridge and there's an old gallon of milk in there and you know it's spoiled, sometimes you just have to take a whiff of it anyway. Or something like that. Is that why I visit the radfem sites, or sat through one of Andrea Dworkin's er, lectures?, on youtube? Anyways I can always depend on one of your talks on yt to help cleanse the palate after that sort of thing. (sometimes takes two). Thanks.
